Great for Families

I had a lovely experience at this hotel, especially enjoying the incredible view of the Mediterranean from our balcony. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful, and while my room was nice and clean, there was a significant issue with the leaking shower that needed attention. Overall, the dining offerings were delightful, and I'd gladly return if I'm in the area again.

My stay at the West Lagoon Resort was largely enjoyable with stunning views and a comfortable room. The staff were accommodating and quick to address concerns, but I did encounter some issues with communication prior to my arrival. Dining was a hit or miss, with breakfast being excellent but dinner leaving something to be desired. Overall, a relaxing getaway, but I faced a few hiccups that could be improved.

The rooms could have been cleaner and the service was inconsistent. The dining options were decent, but there were definitely some areas for improvement, especially considering the price.
